Terms of service.

ELVA aims to present product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurately. Screen colours and image presentation may vary. Customers should review dimensions and product information before ordering, and seek fitment guidance where needed.

Prices are in AUD and include GST. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled where a product, price, payment or availability issue prevents fulfilment, with any amount already paid returned as appropriate.

Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Australia-wide flat-rate shipping is $14.99 AUD. Tracking is supplied after dispatch, but delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Returns are governed by the Returns Policy.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or use ELVA content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, ELVA is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website use or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
